At Italiano Stucco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium plaster and finish purchases. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all stucco buckets, pigments, or tools are in their original, unopened packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our main distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
